console lights problem! 200 1993

I have a 240 1993 wagon and none of my console lights are working. All the lights where the clock, speedometer, fuel and temperature gauges works fine. The
small light near the transmission shifter worksand so is the dome light. I have checked all the fuses, they checked out fine. I suspect that it may be the common ground connection, but I cannot locate it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
