The Nivomats have a rubber boot on the lower end. The Nivomats, sway bar and spring are a matched set. Changing one requires changing all to keep the handling under control.

Sway bar diameters are;

Wagon std = 16 mm
Sedan std = 18 mm
Nivomat = 23 mm (or maybe 22 mm)

'96 965, 16' wheels, rear 18mm bar & Koni + 204HP cams at 125K. Had '85 745 Turbo Diesel for 200K.
