wiring question

I have a wire...with a bare spade connector that is floating without a home.

It runs along the same part of the harness as the coolant temp sensor wire.

I don't want to pull the intake to look for it, I know I'm missing something obvious.

Oh yeah, 85 240. Runs like crap at the moment.
