No Fuel Pump Action 700 1990

You know I thought it might be a Regina system and being a California Volvo tech they did not place much emphasis on that system in Volvo school but I did seem to recall that it was a single in tank pump system. Here's the kicker though Volvo green book TP 31571/1 shows that system with both pumps!! I thought that was screwy but since everything supports a pink wire regardless of which pump or system I decided not to pursue it any further.
