What speedometer cable 200 1978

I replaced the cable itself, not the outer sheath, with a generic. Just went to the local auto parts store with the old one. Available in 2 lengths which need to be cut to fit. There is a crimp on end. Cost about $9 Cdn. If you are in Canada, Canadian tire has them on the shelf.

If you go this way, make sure you crimp on straight as wobbles cause a bouncy speedo at low speed.
