It was the main fuel pump, I did the test darmstrong suggested and there was no fuel flow even though the pump was making noise. The moral of this story again is don't by aftermarket junk (Borg Warner) buy Bosch. The Pep boy pump lasted less than 1 year. Thanks for the help. Dan
