vacuum check valve 700

Try removing the faulty valve and flushing it liberally with hot water in both directions. I did this a couple of years ago with the one in my '86 and it's worked fine ever since. At least it could hold you over until you get a replacement.

Mine did not seal in one direction blowing into it before the flush, but was fine afterwards.
