I've not done the conversion to popouts... My experience is only with 544s that already have 'em. And to be honest, I don't know that I've ever put that seal in.

BUT... if you end up needing any spares, let me know. I might be able to scare some up. Both windows and seals. And barely more than a stones throw away in Fort Collins... I've also got a complete car that we could take apart if you need to look at exactly how it all works. No parts off that one though... too much sentimental value to scrap.

Is that Steve (forgot his last name) fella still doing old Volvos there in Boulder? Pretty interesting chap...Nice guy. I bought some parts from him many years ago... and looked at some if his junk (of which he had plenty including some 445s). He looked at a 122 that I was selling (shouldn't have), but he didn't take it for the aftermarket sunroof. Understandable.
