Leaking coolant gremlin?!?!? 700

Had the same problem. Was all set to replace the radiator and then noticed when hot, radiator fluid was running out of the temp sensor plug at the top of the radiator. I touched it and it wobbled all around, sending out more fluid. Culprit was a worn out, shrunken plug grommet. Cost 5 bucks at the volvo dealer parts dept. and no more leak. But it was a pain to slide the plug back in.
