Grill Badge Fasteners

Hi,

I just got a replacement grill component, the badge part that goes from corner to corner on the front. The small washer type fasteners that hold this piece on look like single use items, at least mine are as the were thrashed during removal. What is a good alternative to these things or are they available somewhere?
