Best Way to Clean a used Turbo 700 1988

Thanks for the feedback.

Actually the wastegate actuator is very rusted looking and I was thinking I might replace it anyway, I wouldn't want to take the risk of it failing, so I may just remove it and try to clean the turbo. Even though I only paid $600US for the Motor/incl Turbo and I was afraid that I was going to have to do a minor rebuild on the Turbo.

Anybody know where I can get a new actuator at a good price?

Kevin
