fuel level sensor needs repair 900 1994

Wow, what a comprehensive post on the subject! Anyway, having seen a whole slew of gauge failures from the dealer/ parts side, I'd bet 10-to-1 on the gauge being faulty. Heck, I bet your dealer has them in stock! That oughta tell you something...

The 940 gauge with the "low fuel" light seems even more troublesome than the 740 gauge it replaced. At least that one, you could just whack the dash, and it worked fine all day...
