Hitch arrived today....Bad News 900

The Hitchfinder.com Reese hitch arrived today, a very solid well-bult hitch that included mounting hardware. Problem?

(1) It was missing the promised drawbar.
(2) Instructions were for a Chevy Lumina/Monte Carlo
(3) It's the WRONG damn hitch!!! I test-fit it, there's no way this thing goes under a volvo! It's got brackets to be mounted to the backside of the bumper mounts (?!), the shape is entirely wrong and NONE of the other holes line up.

Now, I have to screw with a return, wait for them to ship the correct one, and of course, more of my precious end-of-semester-crunch time being wasted.

I'll let you know how the return goes. As of today, I DO NOT recommend using these guys.
