But I don't know (or care) if they match the ones that come from a dealer.

Climate here ruins a set every year, so I like the refillable ones, and I buy them expecting to replace in a year, or less. I have bought brand "X" from Target that were a discontinued item, for 99 cents a pair, and cut a 19 inch down to 16 inch. Got a year out of them.
