Is used 940 a good buy? 900

I am thinking of buying a used 940 . I dont know if the car would meet my requirements.What I want is a car that is not too complicated especially electrically and would be easy to maintain . A car you can rely on but would be easy on your pocket. Would a 940 meet my stingy conditions?
