Replacing Door Lock - '91 740 Sedan

Wondering if anyone can give me any insight in to replacing a damaged driver side door lock.

After having my car broken into, I've replaced the window, got a CHEAP radio coming (my wife listens to her Sirius radio anyway, so just needed any ol' radio to go in the car for the Sirius to go through...), but now I'm looking at replacing the door lock on the driver's side that was ripped apart.

Can anyone provde a rundown on how to replace it? Thanks.
