According to Volvo PDF I need tool 999 5448 to replace the in-tank fuel pump. Currently, the tool is on back order with Volvo until May 23rd. Does anybody have this tool? What does it look like? Can I borrow it to change my fuel pump? I live in Orange County, CA.
