engine dies when I turn the headlights on

You said it right. I jumped out of the frying pan and into the fire. A\C compressor runs non-stop, and when I turn the headlights on it's bamm--lights out for the engine. This is most likely a situation where you would have to be here, and view my NOVICE work, before producing any conclusive answers but I thought I would post my dilemna anyway in case I got lucky. If you can think of anything let me know. Thanks a bunch for your time.
