John, the tool used for that job was $25 at
sears the last time I needed one.
Resembles a large C-clamp which enables you
to remove the little 'keepers' that lock
onto the stem of the valve. FYI, you can buy
'lapping compound' (an abrasive paste)at the
parts store and use a reversible drill to clean
up both valves and seats. After cleaning them up,
a half-shot of gasoline down each valvo port will
determine which are seeping.
