"Fuel - I can hear pump run when key is turned on..Runs for approx 1.5 seconds..I pulled FPR off..It's good. Put it back on and turned key on..Fuel went everywhere..O-ring on FPR bad..replace it..Fuel pump def. working."
I'm not sure you are really getting Fuel Pressure when cranking. That 1.5 second "priming run" just says the pumps will run when the Fuel Relay is energized at Key ON. And the residual pressure from that event would send the fuel "everywhere".
The ECU controls the Fuel Relay differently for cranking and running (than at Key ON), but it's tough to verify on a 7/9 car. If can reach in and touch it, it should click twice, once with Key on, then again when cranking.
If it does click when cranking, then suspect the Radio Suppression relay, as Sumerduckman suggested yesterday I think. The RS relay supplies voltage to the injectors, so they can squirt when the ECU grounds their backsides.
