Problems after replacing trans. mount 200

I just had the trans. mount replaced on my car, now I have all sorts of problems. The installation of the mount caused the entire exhaust system to shift up and hit the bottom of my car. I had that corrected and the guy said that the exhaust system was OK. But as I am driving to work, I noticed that the car is making horrible noises. It sounds like a truck when starting and definitely has a load roaring/humming sound and a vibration that increases as I accelerate. Also, the car makes a sharp cracking sound when I hit a large bump. I guess the roaring/humming is the exhaust, but the cracking has me worried. What do I check? Thanks for all of the help!!!
