cargo cover question and info 700 1990

I've asked here before with no responses - How do the hooks attach? I can get the location by extending the cover, but do they just screw into the interior panel, tap into the metal under that, or what? Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

Just an after thought - yes, all the hardware is still available - the only part you missed is the (4) retaining clips that keep the 4 plastic "screws" attached to the cover. Also, the holes in the wheel arch covers that take the retainers are 1/2" (start with a small er drill to avior cracking the plastic), and you also have to drill an 1/8" hole to accept the tab that keeps them from pivoting. All OEM parts were under $30. Its tricky, but not difficult.
