A bit of friendly advice about fuel system 'dryer'....Try Ethanol Blends

MTBE is NASTY, do a couple of web-searches. Try to get it outlawed.

The water is not removed with ethanol. As stated in the first post, it is emulsified into the fuel. Gas blends with any alchohol will eventually absorb enough water from the atmosphere (if vented) to equal (roughly) the alchohol content in the fuel (90/10 will absorb enough water to be nearly 82/9/9 with the last number being percent water).

Ja, no more puddles of water in the bottom of the tank but it is much more important to have fresh fuel!!!
