Dave/Arble- thanks to the both of you! I found out that I had a bad ground connection, so even the replacement pump I put did not work- put the old one back in, cleaned up the connection and it works like a champ. Second problem was that 3-way valve you mentioned, Arble- if we're talking the same one, it's right after the pump and I guess it's used for the headlamp washers, which I don't have- I took it out and ran the window nozzle hose straight to the pump and it all works perferctly.
