Water/alcohol injection (though some use windshield washer fluid)
is a good way to wildly increase boost on forced induction motors.
For a NA motor, it isn't as useful, though I've always wanted a
switch on my dashboard to switch between water and oil so I could
clean out my combustion chambers or lay out a smoke screen, depending
on who is tailgating me.
