Fixing rust--small area

Looking for some suggestions to fix a small area of rust.

Looks like my wagon was hit on the front right side (from PO) and there's a small crease where running light bezel meets quarter panel.

At the crease there's a small rust spot forming. Ideally I'd like to use a angle-grinder and take to metal, prime and paint but it would be obvious.

Another solution is to use a sealer to coat and keep from oxidizing.

Suggestions appreciated.
