Thoughts on design standards, old trucks and driving lessons

My father-in-law has a '67 Falcon and although easy to work on and cheap parts, is a HORRIBLE car to drive. Just horrible.

Front ends rode high (back end low?); poor brakes; lousy handling and difficult steering. Fit for the crusher, IMO!
