You say you have spark, but are you sure you have spark on the right cylinder on the compression stroke? I've had something similar happen to me when I installed the distributor drive 180 degrees off. Turning the distributor another 180 degrees got everything running. Then I pulled the dizzy drive and put it in the right way. You might give that a try.
