Installing Front wheel Bearing Races 200

First make sure the outer diameter of the new races equal that of the old races, just to be sure they sold you the right bearing sets.

Carefully seat the races as deep and as straight as you can. Grease up the bearings and assemble the wheel onto the spindle. When you put the outer nut on, run it down fairly snug to finish seating the races, then back it off to where it is "just barely" snug - so that the wheel spins freely with no detectable play. (Don't forget the cotter pin.)
