Flaps,

A turbocharger is technically a turbine powered supercharger. Most of the time, when people talk superchargers, they're talking about belt or gear driven blowers that receive power directly from the engine. Turbos use spent exhaust gases, and are thought to be more efficient from that perspective.

700 series turbos have oil coolers installed at least since 1989. I have a 1989 760 Tic wagon and it has the cooler.
