Have you cleaned the throttle body and IAC (Idle Air Control) valve recently?
If not that may resolve some of these problems. At any rate, using a good throttle body cleaner on these parts every couple years or so isn't a bad idea. Check 700/900 FAQ for details on cleaning these components if you aren't familar with the procedures. Hope this helps.
