I think you need to double check the connections of one of the fuses, and perhaps of the bulbs.

Make sure the connections are nice and clean. Use a pencil eraser to clean the contacts a bit.

Remove the fuses and pinch the contacts together a bit, to make a firmer hold. Don't pinch them so far that it makes putting a fuse in difficult. When you put the fuses back in their slots, spin them. That will break loose any corrosion that might be on the contacts.

I don't know which fuse is for the passenger side, but one of them is. The other is for the drivers side.

Does the flasher flash extra quick when you turn on the right blinker? It should if the bulb is out.
