Horn Quit... Any thoughts 900

The horn on my fiend's '93 945 quit working. It worked up to this point, and sat for about 2 weeks -- now there's no power to the horns (at the front of the car). The fuse is fine, and I don't hear a relay when I press on the buttons.

Is there a relay for the horn?

Is there someplace in particular I should begin looking?
