cylinder head upgrade repost 200

(I had to repost this since it got buried last night)
Well,
Its finally happened. After a few long interstate 75 trips both north to Atlanta and south to Ft. Meyers including hauling a heavily laden trailer, I've finally exceeded the performance envelope of my brick. She is starting to wear down the valves. It Sounds like a diesel now. Not just the usual sewing machine tick tick tick but full on clank clank clank valve slap. I imagine its the seats that are worn or those husher things. Any how the cylinder head will have to come apart. Correct me if I'm wrong here. So I was wondering if there is a junkyard cylinder head rebuild I could do so as to not have my car out of commision. She has the b21f with mpg whitecap. the distributor IS NOT in the back. Also its a K-Jet CIS for what its worth. Does the b230f breathe better? Any suggestions would be great. I figure instead of replace----improve! Whatever way I go, a K or (ipd) VX cam would go in. Any suggestions please and how should I identify (by stampings or plaques) a worthy cadidate. FCP quoted me $500 for a rebuilt b21 head, I think I can do better.....
