What I did was to go buy 10 feet of 3/4" electrical conduit, then measure it myself and cut. After getting the bends right(it took me a few tries), I was able to see exactly where I needed to drill the holes. Worked for me. I don't have the exact measurements though, sorry. The things are my car are strong enough that it seems like you could lift the car by them...probably couldn't, but they are stiff...and definitely thicker than the stock bars. Anyways, good luck,
