No idea what the safety rating is, but for my car, I'm paying just under $200 for six months liability only with Geico (though I have no tickets or accidents). Keep in mind where you live (urban or rural), mileage you drive, etc., will also affect the rate. (I'm in DC and do 50 mi. round trip each weekday.)
