Nivomat Mystery?!?!? 700

1990 760T IRS - 203,000 miles

After 4 years of driver's side rear sag, I replaced that one Nivomat yesterday morning. The install went super smooth.....yesterday and through today the ride height at all four fenders was ~ 26".....with the driver's side rear actually being a bit higher than the passenger rear.

Tonight, I noticed that the drivers side rear is down an inch below the passenger side!! What happened?

We did have a cool front come through but should that matter? (temp/pressure change). I know the Nivo's sag after sitting for awhile but how does that explain that the passenger rear didn't sag and it's a much older shock?!?!

I know the coils with the Nivo IRS are super soft....could I have a sagging spring? If so, wouldn't it have shown up immediately after at the install??

I am perplexed and ticked!!!! $220!!!.....Any of you "veterans" have any ideas? Many thanks in advance.
