Exhaust flange and O2 sensor q 200

Hello all this is for a 89 245 b230f,

I am going to have a new exhaust plumbed for me 2.5 inches from the dual pipe section (where forward cat flange bolts to) back. I was wondering, where can i find a 2.5 inch flange that will bolt to the factory flange off of that second pipe section from the exhaust manifold? i know it will be larger than the factory flange size, but oh well...maybe ill have to use a stock one and get a adapter welded in...secondly i have the 3 wire O2 sensor in the cat, which is the best brand O2 (Bosch?) to replace this 3 wire with, and if i get a hi-flow cat does the senosr have to be tapped into the cat or just installed after the cat somewhere down the exhaust?

P.S. is there another stock secondary header pipe that flows better than the one i have? i plan on replacing this too, as mine is rusty as all hell, and the brackets look to be rotting out...mine has the one with a plug in it, like a O2 could be threaded in or somthing..

thank you everyone...
