Steering wheel adaption on a '64 122s 120-130

Hello,
I have a '64 122s and I would like to change out my original steering wheel for a smaller more modren steering wheel. Currenttly I am having difficulty in finding a hub (also known as a boss) adapter for my vehicle.
Does anyone one here know where I may be able to find a hub/boss adapter for my vehicle.
