B20 Replacement Water Pipes 140-160

I picked up a B20E a couple weeks back with the intention of swapping it with my B20B (but keeping the 2 carbs on). The two metal water pipes on the new engine are rediculously corroded inside. Anyone know where i can source some pipes that are in reasonable shape (its pretty safe to assume the pipes on my B20B are in the same, if not worse condition).

Part Numbers:
460362-7 Water Outlet Pipe (thats the short one)
419331-4 Return Pipe (thats the long one)
