What is the best way to remove the wood trim and get to my cluster?

I need to change all my bulbs to new PIAA lamps I bought!

Also need to swap in the new S90 center consol into my 960...
Yeah yeah... "trying to look rich" inside like you S90 owners! haha

PS: BUY PORTERFIELD CARBON CERAMIC PADS! I don't care if you drive 35mph on the interstate! Buy them... They are miracle workers! You stop on a DIME!
