All I remember is being upside down on my shoulders, holding the cable with some forceps and pushing it through the hole in the arm and then putting the nut on with the other hand. Put the cable on upside down twice so it made an awful grinding noise. It also helps that I'm 5'8" and weigh 100 lbs makes it a little easier to curl up on the floor.
