Well, the #1 piston/cylinder is the first to go on the B230FT... However before I worried too much about it I'd do a compression check.
How long since you changed plug wires and the cap and rotor? If it has been over 20k it seems a reasonable interval to think about all that too, start fresh and see what happens after a few thousand miles.
