Hello, I drive a 1980 vovlo dl and my reverse lights stopped working. The bulbs are both good, and I took apart the shifter and did a continuity test on the switch and it seems a to be okay, so I'm assuming it's a break in the line somewhere along the way....... Now I really don't wan't to get into going through all the existing wiring trying to find the break, so I was just going to diconnect all the old wires and run new ones into the switch and and back to the lights......... the problem is I don't know where the reverse light wires begin and end, so I don't know where the to run the new wires from/to......... if someone could help me out here it would be greatly appriciated, I don't wanna start blindly cuttin' wires........... also, if this sounds like a big mistake, or if anyone has any better ideas, please let me know....... thank you so much........
