update on no start - tried everything... 700

I have not gone through all your previous posts and replies, so please excuse if this is old information. Check the Radio Supression Relay, RSR. If your '90 760 is like my '89, there will be two relays on a bracket on the driver side strut tower. Black plastic about 1 1/2 X 2 1/2 X 1 inch. One is the RSR and the other is for the electric fan. Swap them and see if this helps.
The RSR provides a high current path for the injectors. By putting this wiring under the hood, it helps prevent interference with the radio, hence the name.
