Sun roof lower at back left after re-assembly

Re-assembled sun roof and back left corner is low. The front is level, just the back left corner. The screws that hold the sun roof are only partially threaded so they act as stops.

Cannot see what might be the problem without removing headliner again (had roof open when re-installing).
