Hi There,

The FAQ's cover the speedometer/odometer problems in some detail. Could be as simple as the sending unit wiring or a cluster ground.

Depending on the year of the car some are noted expected to live forever. I understand that thr first electronic speedos (mine included) starting about 1986 are particularly bad.

Some have even attempted an 'at home' gear fix and disgnostic signal testing, but I found a trip to the wrecker easier ;>) (after three I got one that worked for me)
