Um, I believe ES plugs are for the OHC motors. The reach is different. BP6HS for most B18 or B20, BP7HS for B20E or motors modded to over 10:1 CR.

A 240 coil will work fine with the Crane, but you have to use the ballast resistor from the donor car as well.
