What the?Had an 82 240 given to me.I also have an 80 240 GT european model.This new trophy{the 82} sat for 7 months.While it was being delivered it made a loud noise and began smokin.I did a compression check on it and it seems good.I started it and it ran clean for 2 miniutes and then the clouds began.The front and the back plugs are soaked in oil and the others are fine.I wasn`t in the car when it made the"noise"so I don`t know if it was a big explosion or what.How can the compression be good if a ring/piston or 2 broke.Why the front and rear cylinder?Head? Please give me a clue.My head hurts.
