Source for Gauges 1800

I am looking for a tach and speedometer for my 68...the speedometer doesnt work at all and the tach,while working, bounces all over the place....now im aware that everything under the sun eventually will come up on EBAY so i am avidly looking there everyday but so far no luck! does anyone else out there have any ideas? i am assuming that ill just have to wait till i see an ad for someone parting out a car.....but...is there any way to fix these gauges or parts that commonly fail that can be replaced?
